Better Services Better Value is a review of NHS health services across south west London, led by local doctors, nurses and health professionals. Following a ballot of our GPs, which found that the majority did not support the proposals, we have now withdrawn from the programme. Surrey Downs Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) has joined the world of Facebook and Twitter as another way of engaging and involving local people in healthcare issues. Going forward, Surrey Downs CCG will be using social media as a way of gathering feedback from their patients on commissioning plans and local services, sharing good news stories and providing updates on important local and national health issues.
